Legal & Risk
Plain English, kept short on purpose. The canonical version lives at pairpetuals.com/legal — its fee list renders from the same table that prices every order, so numbers there can never drift.
What this site is
pairpetuals.com is a financial data and analysis terminal. It displays live market data, statistics, and analysis drawn from public sources — chiefly the Hyperliquid public API. You can study markets, save watches, and use the tools here to construct and prepare order parameters. Every order is authorized by your own wallet and submitted to Hyperliquid. Matching, execution, settlement, and custody all occur exclusively on the Hyperliquid protocol — a decentralized system we do not own, operate, or control. Trading does not happen on this site.
No custody, ever
We never hold your funds and never see your wallet keys. Connecting a wallet requests your address (eth_requestAccounts) and nothing else. If you choose to enable order placement, your wallet signs explicit, separate authorizations on the Hyperliquid protocol itself: an agent that can only place orders — it can never withdraw, transfer, or touch funds — and expires on its own; and a builder-fee cap. Nothing is ever signed without a prompt your wallet shows you. You can disconnect at any time; the agent is revocable at any time through the Revoke key button on the account rail (and removable in Hyperliquid's own API settings), and the fee cap through Hyperliquid.
Fees
Hyperliquid's protocol allows builders to attach a fee to fills that carry their code. When you use certain advanced order-construction algorithms available on this interface, that builder fee is included on top of the venue's own fees. The rates are set per algo.
- Free — no builder fee at all: Now (IOC), TWAP (native), Stop / Take (native), Bracket (TP + SL).
- Paid algos: Adaptive Market 1 bp · TWAP+ 1.5 bp · Multi-day TWAP 2 bp · Iceberg 0.7 bp · Chase 1 bp · Scale / Ladder 0.7 bp · VWAP 2.5 bp · POV (Participation) 2.5 bp · Arrival Price (IS) 3 bp · SnapBack 3 bp · Corridor 3 bp · PairGlide 3 bp per leg · Autospreader 4 bp per leg · PairGlide-Z 4 bp per leg.
Pair algorithms charge per leg, per fill — a pair order is two order streams, and each leg's notional pays its rate. Armed watches and exits fire at 4 bp per leg, disclosed on the arm ticket. The fee is approved by your own wallet (approveBuilderFee) up to a 0.04% cap you sign — no algo's rate exceeds it — revocable by you at any time, and bounded by the protocol's own maximum of 0.1% on perpetuals. Cost estimates shown before you sign include the selected algo's rate.
Not regulated

Extreme risk
Perpetual futures are leveraged instruments on volatile assets. Leverage can liquidate a position and lose everything you committed — quickly, sometimes faster than you can react. Crypto and the other assets shown here carry their own risk of sudden, total loss. Only you can judge whether any of this is suitable for you, and you are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
No advice
Everything here is information and analysis — not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Statistics and plans describe what the data says, never what you should do. Using this site creates no fiduciary or advisory relationship.
What we store
A display handle you type, the watches you save, and — if you connect — your public wallet address. If you enable order placement, we also keep the order-only agent credential your wallet approved, stored encrypted, used solely to place the orders you arm, and dead the moment you revoke or it expires. We never store your wallet keys.
As-is
The site is provided as-is, without warranties. Data can be delayed, wrong, or missing — every panel shows its source and age so you can judge for yourself. These notes may change.
